Booking & Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment, we may require to take down a credit card to hold on a secure file. Some appointments require a deposit, that will be charged to that same credit card. If you need to cancel or change an appointment/service within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% of service may be charged. If you "no-show" to the appointment, 50% of the service may be charged and you must prepay before your next appointment.

Payment Methods  

Ritual accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Ritual gift cards.

Refund Policy

Ritual does not refund any services. We are more than happy to accommodate you within 7 days of your appointment to make any subtle changes necessary to fix the problem of un-satisfaction. After 7 days, we will charge a "re-do" fee starting at $25.

Service Charge / Gratuity

If you have an enjoyable experience, your practitioner will certainly appreciate a gratuity. Wedding parties larger than 6 will inquire an automatic 20% gratuity charge.

Prepare for a Thai Massage appointment

Before your treatment:

1. Do not arrive on an empty stomach, and also not a full stomach. Lots of toxins are trapped in your muscles and massage and acupuncture will release them, not eating can lead to nauseua and light headedness.

2. Avoid caffeine and heavy alcohol drinks.  

After treatment:

1. Try not to do a big workout immediately after your session. You muscles have habits and jumping right back into what causes us problems will make them go back much quicker.

2. Drink plenty of room temperature or hot water. After, your body needs to detox all of the toxins that was trapped in your body and the best way to do that is to stay hydrated!
