The styles of yoga we offer are Hatha, Raja, Yin, Restorative and Kundalini. Our guidance through yoga & meditation will be there for you and your party to stay connected to your mind, body and spirit through such a huge life changing day!

Thai Massage is a sacred treat for the Bride & Groom the day before their wedding day. It will help promote compassion and loving kindness. It is based off a 2,500 year old therapeutic technique with origins in Buddhist tradition. It is a dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and ayurveda, it was born in the temples of Thailand. In this unique healing, the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy (Sen) lines and pressures points. The practitioner uses their hands, feet, knees, and elbow, to exert pressure on channels., while having the recipient in yoga-like stretches.This treatment is the perfect blend of yoga, meditation, and massage.

Trial run reservations for both hair and make-up services are highly recommended. They allow our stylists and estheticians to gain a more solid understanding of your complete wedding style. Trial runs ensure that we have the opportunity to perfect every aspect of your look before your big day and give you a chance to voice any questions or concerns. We recommend scheduling your trial run two to four weeks before your wedding day.
