Community Tea Ceremony

Join Kira Connell in a tea ceremony to honor the magic of connection. Tea ceremony is an opportunity to connect with nature and ourselves. It is a ritual rooted in ancient Chinese traditions and indigenous wisdom. Offered in silence, it is an invitation to slow down and connect with the beauty of the present moment.   This experience will last approximately one hour. The ceremony is offered in silence for 45-50 minutes, with an opportunity to share thoughts or reflections for the remainder of the hour.

Additional Information - Adults only - For evening tea sessions, we will drink a calming, relaxing tea with minimal caffeine such as green or white tea - For morning tea sessions, we will drink an invigorating or earthy tea such as black, red, or peurh tea - Wear something comfortable as we will be sitting on the floor as we drink tea in silence - It's a good idea to have a small amount of food in your stomach as we will be drinking multiple bowls - We will begin and end the ceremony together, so please do not be late or plan to leave early - Due to the intimate nature of tea ceremony, we kindly ask that you stay home if you are not feeling well
