Grounding Session

Service Description

In my experience, whenever a person is in need of grounding they’re usually not feeling “properly anchored” in their bodies, sometimes finding themselves too mentally involved in something to be able to notice pains or discomforts they may have or even finding new bruises or cuts that they don’t recall getting. This lack of anchoring can also develop into not being able to organize themselves, focus and make decisions, as their mind can be “all over the place” and their energy is not flowing properly into the Earth and back. ​ In these sessions we will be working mainly on your lower Chakras (Sacral Chakra and Root Chakra, as well as the ones on your feet and below your feet) to assist you in anchoring your energy onto the Earth and the present moment, as well as allowing it to be distributed throughout your body for it to flow in a more natural state, relieving your mind from any excessive flows of energy you may have and allowing you to have a better connection with the Earth. ​ Aside from being somewhat of a corrective measure, these sessions can also be focused and intentioned to further develop your connection to Gaia or to prepare yourself for anchoring new Cosmic frequencies into your body and consciousness, as well as helping you reinforce your energetic foundation for performing energy work, amongst many other possible uses you may want to give them. ​

Cancellation Policy

Booing & Cancellation Policy To book an appointment, we take down a credit card to hold on a secure file. Some appointments require a deposit, that will be charged to that same credit card. If you need to cancel or change an appointment/service within 48 hours of the appointment, 50% of service will be charged. If you "no-show" to the appointment, 50% of the service will be charged and you must prepay before your next appointment.
