Our Class Descriptions

Alpenglow Flow - A warm yoga class after a good day on the slopesThis class is a fusion of Flow Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. Great for skiers and snowboarders to loosen up their bodies after a day of fun on the mountains. 

​

Buddhist Meditation - A safe space to practice insight, dharma talks, group meditation, and discussion. All beings are welcome! This class is beginner friendly, and also welcomes experienced practitioners. We have cushion bolsters available, or feel free to bring your own cushion or chair, we have a few chairs on sight as well. 

​

Candlelight Yin  

Gentle + deep poses to open up your hips + lower back. most poses are seated or laying. Variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

​

Heated Hatha - A moderate to slower-paced, strengthening yoga class that focuses on alignment and taking 5-10 breaths in each pose, improving balance and stability. You’ll be guided through traditional poses focused on Iyengar lineage. Modifications being offered for all levels. Expect to have a grounded energy after class. It’s the perfect way to balance your body for the day. All levels welcome.

Shakti Flow - This class is based on Moon Salutations (in Sanskrit Chandra Namaskar). We will work our way in a clocklike rotation around our mat by practicing cooling postures. This class emphasizes hip openers and mobility. Traditionally Moon Salutations are practiced in the evening to calm down and release any excess heat in the body.

Shiva Flow - A class focused on the traditional Sun Salutations (in sanskrit Surya Namaskar). This class is considered a Vinyasa Class and is focused on flowing through livening poses that bring heat into the body and move energy.

Warm Slow Flow - Combine a relaxed atmosphere with a therapeutic pace. All levels flow that combines periods of deep stretching within a posture to allow the body to open up and release tension as well as build subtle levels of heat to aide in a transformative experience. Allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward. All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a series.

Warrior Flow - A playful and strengthening practice to find your inner warrior. To be a warrior means to be courageous and protect what you love and believe in.  Being able to sacrifice yourself for the good of others. In this class we will dive into the warrior poses and then play around with different modifications of each warrior pose (there are traditionally 3).
